HOW IT WORKS
Paste the protocol's inclusion and exclusion criteria. AI turns them into a checklist with short names. You review it and save. No patient data is sent in this step.
Each criterion gets an answer: met, not met, or to confirm. An answer the chart settles quotes the chart line behind it. Then each patient gets one clear result.
It checks upcoming booked visits and tells the study coordinator and the booked physician when someone may fit. The email never names a patient.
ONE CLEAR RESULT
The software works out each result from the answers to the criteria. It is never the AI’s own opinion.
Every criterion the chart can answer is met, and nothing is left open.
Nothing in the chart rules the patient out, but some criteria are still open.
At least one criterion rules the patient out on the current chart.
The chart does not answer the criteria yet.
BUILT TO BE CHECKED
FOR YOUR STUDY TEAM
Every patient who may fit, with the reason in plain words and one click to the full answer.
Mark each candidate: reviewing chart, patient contacted, screening visit booked, not a fit, or declined.
A printable report per patient per study: every criterion, its answer, and the chart lines behind it.
Coordinators see every candidate at the clinic. A physician sees the candidates booked with them.
SAFE BY DESIGN
